SHIPPING POLICY:

Free UK delivery on orders over £75 Royal Mail 48hr Tracked:(2-5 working days)

Standard Delivery: £3.95 for all orders under £75 (2-5 working days)

24hr Tracked: £4.95 (orders placed after 11am may be dispatched next working day)

Special Delivery Next Day: £12.95 (orders placed after 11am may be dispatched next working day)

Dispatch Times: If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the same day. But please be aware that we are a human little shop (& Espresso bar), so sometimes we get distracted cranking out flat whites when there are crowds of coffee-snobs (like us) visiting Llanberis village. Therefore, we reserve the right to take up to 48hrs to dispatch any order. But generally it will be same day dispatch for orders placed before 11am.

Royal Mail: We almost always use Royal Mail for dispatch so please be aware if there is any industrial action which may affect the service.

If you are desperate to receive your order ASAP - then please send an email or give us a call - share your life anxieties with us (yep, we've all got them!) - and we will try our utmost to get your order dispatched as soon as possible.

Highlands & Islands: Next Day delivery is not applicable for Highlands, Islands and other outlying areas, where delivery always takes a little longer. But you’re probably used to it and plan ahead better than self-entitled southerners. The bonus is you get even more dramatic weather than North Wales, and more Basking sharks. Lucky you!

International Delivery: We only ship within the UK (at the moment) – we are hoping to start offering international shipping in the future, so please keep an eye on our website.
