The Nogales project allows a roastery to select the plot of land, the variety and choose the process. We choose this Yellow Catuai year on year and have it processed in the Natural Fermentation method.
It brings funky flavours of strawberry ice-cream, fudge, green apple, milk chocolate and honey! Delicious!
